NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters converged on Monday, December 25, lugging a "blood-red mock Nativity scene" and chanting "Christmas is canceled here" in Midtown, as per the New York Post

It was also reported that a few fights broke out in the crowd after nightfall, including outside St Patrick’s Cathedral, which sent police running through the mob, leading to arrests.

Subsequently, Republican Congresswoman Majorie Taylor Greene shared clips and images of the protest and the news that the New York Police Department was responding to a level three mobilization, with level four "being the worst."

She also predicted that New York would be "voting red" in 2024, only to receive backlash on the internet.

One wrote, “Lol no red...blue all the way," and another said, "NY will never be red …. They don’t want to go broke like red states."

"Fearmongering on Christmas? Is there anything you won't do?" questioned a person, while someone else quipped, "I think Georgia will be voting u out in 2024."

An individual dubbed her "delusional," with one more saying, "Should probably sit this one out. Also sit out everything else. You're awful."
