Kim Zolciak has been showcasing decorated fake Christmas trees on her Instagram Stories. She posted three different images of the trees, each with a unique theme.
According to the posts, the first tree was a traditional style one, listed at 14 feet by seven feet, priced at $2,500. The second tree, decorated with a beach theme, was an eight-foot tree listed for $1,750. The final tree, adorned with candy cane decorations, was priced at $4,500. Each image included a message inviting interested buyers to DM her, with the disclaimer that the trees were available for pickup only.
It's also worth noting that Zolciak and her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, have been trying to sell their Atlanta-area mansion for $6 million since October 2023. Since the listing, the price has been reduced twice, first to $4.5 million, and then to $3.95 million.
The former couple is believed to be selling the property to pay off debt. The home, which boasts seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, spans over 15,000 square feet. The auction for the property is set for December 3.
Even if the house sells for half of its original asking price, it would still be a significant gain over the $880,000 the couple paid for it in 2012, according to Daily Mail.
