Chrisean Rock talks about 'embracing new life' while sharing videos with son after release from jail
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rapper Chrisean Rock posted a heartwarming video with her one-year-old son, Chrisean Jesus Porter, and talked about "embracing a new life" after being released from jail.
Rock was released from an Oklahoma jail after a three-month stint for being charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute and failure to have a tax stamp affixed to the drugs, per Capital Xtra.

Chrisean Rock shares videos with son after being released from jail
Chrisean Rock shared a series of photos on Instagram, some of which also included his son, and captioned it, "Embracing a new life and walking in purity is a beautiful journey, one that reflects the transformative power of God’s love and grace. As you continue to shine brightly in your purity, remember that it’s a reflection of God’s work within you, drawing you closer to Him and to the life He has envisioned for you."
The caption further read, "Keep your heart and eyes fixed on Jesus, the source of your purity and strength, and let His light shine through you to illuminate the path for others. GODS PLAN AMEN."

She posted another video while celebrating her son's first birthday. She wrote, "To be with you Today set free a couple days from your birthday is a Blessing. Happy 1 years old September 3. Chrisean Jesus Porter I love you Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him."
Since her release from jail, Rock said that she officially changed the name of her and Blueface’s son from Chrisean Jr to Chrisean Jesus Porter, reported The Shade Room.
Chrisean Rock talks about her first night in jail
During a recent interview with Pastor Jamal Bryant, Chrisean Rock revealed that she was at peace when she was put in jail. She said, "I was calm and I was at peace. I didn’t cry, I knew I had to take care of my responsibilities and obligations with my legal and I just asked God for that place to be a spiritual hospital because I felt like I was dragging the Holy Spirit everywhere I went."

She added, "Doing the most, and the Holy Spirit was grieving and I didn’t have the strength to pull away from things, people, places and things."

She was then asked about drug and alcohol use after her release from jail and she replied, "I have been done with all of it for a very really long time. But again, we’re all helpless. So as much as we think we can do this on our own…you don’t want the strength from this world, you want the strength from the word of God."
