LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: Brad Pitt left fans concerned after a viral video showed the actor fainting at the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix on Saturday, November 23.

A mock statement released after Brad Pitt fainted in Las Vegas

In the film, Brad Pitt plays the character Sonny Hayes, who is seen escaping a car crash, stumbling away from the scene, and appears to faint. To build excitement for the movie, a statement was released regarding Hayes' health following the incident.

Pitt, known for 'Fight Club' and 'Bullet Train', was dressed in full racing gear as he walked away unsteadily from the scene of a crash.

He staggered a few times before collapsing onto a padded mat, where a crew member attended to him.

APX GP, the fictional race team of Pitt's character Sonny Hayes, released a mock statement that piqued interest in the upcoming film.

As reported by DailyMail, Brad Pitt takes on the role of a retired Formula 1 driver who returns to the sport with APXGP, a fictional team, to mentor a younger driver.

Pitt's character competes against some of the best drivers in the world, teaming up with his teammate, Joshua Pearce, played by Damson Idris.

Directed by Joseph Kosinski, the film is a collaboration with Formula 1 and its community. Pitt not only stars in the lead role but also serves as a producer, alongside F1 legend Lewis Hamilton.

Filming for the movie has taken place at various F1 races over the past few years, featuring an ensemble cast that includes Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo.

The final filming segment is scheduled for Abu Dhabi through December. A trailer released in July features Pitt listing the companies behind the 'F1' teams and telling Condon that he needs a faster car.
